Made it thru Easter without spoiling my diet too bad. The food choices weren't the healthiest, but I kept my portions small and stayed in calorie range and even made my fiber.
Hope everyone had a great weekend. I'm ready to get back to normal foods.

I did great at dinner but then I got the mid night munchies and ate up the left over deviled eggs and caesar salad. My weight is up by 1.6 pounds today and I feel like I was hit by a wrecking ball after all the cooking I did. Today I will recouperate.

Oh those arent too bad tho...beats tiramisu...
My weight went up a bit too this morning but I'm not going to freak out or count it. I'm still weighing daily but I'm recording losses as they happen and any gains only once a week. That will give me time to shed it when its just water weight. Which I tend to retain.
We did pretty well.

I counted my mid night eating with todays food and I had another high calorie day. It will probably take a week or two of good eating to get down to 160 again. Back to diet and exercise on Tuesday. We can do it.
