Missed lunch yesterday and was starving come 6:00 so caved in and ordered pizza rather than start in cooking. Stopped at 2 medium slices, but felt really disappointed that I'd strayed, lol. But it was soo good. Behaving today! LOL. Out to mow the grass... (bye bye pizza) :D

You're allowed to have cheat meals once in a while there is nothing wrong with that. I have days where I don't want to cook or am out and just so hungry that I'll stop and grab something to eat. it happens you can't completely deprive yourself of food you enjoy rather then just learn to limit it when you do have it or be stricter with your portion size of whatever it is you want or crave. I try not to deny my self food because eventually I'll be at someone's house or a party or get together where there will be those types of food and I know I will have to give in to temptation but would rather do it with smaller amounts because I definitely don't want to look like I'm being rude while at someone's house.

So true. And I do. I usually allow myself to go out to eat a couple times a month. And believe me, the occasional goodie gets worked in as well. LOL We'll get there. We're doing fine!
