Dziennik maggida, 30 mar 15

I had a major binge day today. Had about 1200 calories (all from chocolate and sweets) and I feel soooo sick. :(

I just can't stop myself. Even when I'm close to throwing up, I still crave them and I just can't control it... I don't want to diet, I just want to lead a healthy lifestyle and not feel sick anymore...

For breakfast I eat cooked in water oatmeal, natural yogurt and dried cranberries with a teaspoon of honey

Lunch (at school) A banana and a fruit smoothie (home made)
(this is where my friend gives me sweets and I binge like hell)

Dinner: Battered fish with millet or millet with a salmon fillet

and then I don't eat anything... Please help me to stop binging.

I guess you don't eat enough. If you eat just breakfest, later lunch and dinner it's normal that you can't conrol your hunger and dreaming about sweats. You should eat 5-6 meals per day. Add to your oatmeal almonds: they help with holding yourself of taking sweats in the rest of day. Ads 3 or 4. And maybe one little piece of dark chocolate. It should be halpfull. Fruit smoothie is a good idea. Add one teaspoon of natural (not with sugar) cacao and it will help you to don't eat sweats from your friends as well. Fish is also good idea. But you should eat 2 more meals. For example little salad with egg and vegetables you like. And second meal, yogurt or again salad, If you like it. Use olive oil to your salads. After meal, when you are in school, take choing gum. Mint one. It should help about sweat teasing :P But don't keep it in your mouth more than 15 minuts, beacuse later it makes you more hungry again. And DON'T buy sweats. Just don't. When you make shopping, always do it after meal. Bad food will tease you less. If your parents make a shopping, ask them to not buy anything sweat. Drink water. Never forget about it. And when you want eat some sweats, look for motivations. For some photos :) Maybe it will help you as well. Wish you lucky!

My Dear, stop eating carbs (sugar in general), start eating fat and protein. I know exactly what you are going through as I had the same when I ate 6 meals per day, low fat - high carb. Do not believe in carbs, they just dis-regulate metabolism, blood levels and do not give much vitamins. When I had the issue you write about I ate sweet foods all the time, no one could stop me. My boyfriend left home --> I went straight to the grocery and bought sweets, whatever it was, for all money I had. Other meals were normal, beautifully pre-prepared. I decided to stop this and switched into keto diet. Now I am nourished, all cravings dissipated, I am free of that sh..t. I am healthy, have a lot of energy and my weight (fat) finally melts. No more carbs. They are not for people who have problems with controlling cravings (which are simply a sign of malnutrition and lack of basic macros and micros). P.S. I eat much more calories now than then. 1500 kcal when I do not exercise, 1900 when exercise (free weights).
