Dziennik adpreso, 01 mar 21

The start of the last 2 have been rubbish eaten two much and snacked too, but both week I’ve managed to get a tiny loss, I need to be more consistent and get out those bad habits, so setting myself a goal of hitting my target weight by the end of March 😀

It’s a little bit of a self kick up the but as progress has really slowed, and a pound a week is achievable 😊

I eat well and quite healthy but I have a habit of picking at chocolate and all the stuff I shouldn’t, I eat a lot more now as I’ve changed what I eat to reduce the calories I eat a lot of plant based dishes now which pretty good to be honest 😊

I put most of my weight on when the gyms shut, but to looking back I spent to much time in there, now I walk most nights, long walks at the weekend and a pt session during the week. The walking has been the main reason I’ve lost so far.
