Thx Shrewd, Pegster, Erq & Bandrai 😊😊😊😊 As far a recipes are comcerned, I don't use them @Bandrai. Daikon is explained in yesterday‘s post. Potato Parsnip puree is 50/50 potatoes & parsnips. And the stew 🤷♂️ Probobaly a combo of Mongolian Beef & Beef Burgundy would land you in rhe right zipcode.
