I tried to put this weight in using my phone last Sunday. No luck. Now I tried to back date it but still no luck. I will be updating my weight next Sunday and we will see where I am at.

I was terribly sick with some kind of fever chills and over heated cycle that went on for nearly 10 days. I am done and done with that. During that time I did not track and ate as I needed to.

Then my computer was hacked. Never nice so that meant more time off than I would have preferred. Well, I am back now!
