Got a nice 212.0 weigh in after my 16:8 fast today. I shoveled yesterday for some great extra exercise and then it dropped four more inches last night. So out I went for another hour. Beautiful sunny day and great workout. Rewarded with a nice weigh in.

One of the advantages of the snow. Shoveling. I loved doing it then they invented the snow blower and hubby took over. Wouldn't you know!!!

Thats awesome! By the way... If you want some more shoveling workouts let me know. I can definitely help you out with that, I have several buried vehicles and a crazy sidewalk that the snow plows piled a huge island on top of. Happy valentines day!
