Did well today. Down to 207.0 after having a salad at lunch and a protein bar for a snack. Did a lot of walking at work today and will do weight lifting tonight, so looks like I get 1709 calories for the day. I ate right up to the mark! Body fat down a pound, so happy about that.

Draglist, I too need that "PATIENCE" Im sure you didnt put on this weight over night it will take time to get it off. Just like me I want results the next morning but as ChicaLean said it you put out a lot of AMAZING numbers, stick with it YOU CAN DO THIS!!! :-)
