Woke at 218.2, down 2.0 from yesterday. Last meal was taken at 10 am yesterday at breakfast. Too many simple carbs over the past several days. I simply cannot tolerate them. Drank loads of coffee and hibiscus tea all day as I continued a 48 hour fast. Lots of flushing out of the system. At hour 37 (11:00 pm) I was down to 212.4. Will break the fast at about 11:30 tomorrow as we have a working lunch on Tuesdays. I usually don't log black coffee, but I put one cup in today to get FS to count the day.
