Bummer - my first rise since I started with FatSecret. That's okay, I knew based on watching others it can't be a constant loss every week. There has to be some ups and downs although mostly downs.
I read that your weight can fluctuate within 2-4 pounds in the same day - WOW - I never knew it was that much.
Anyway, I'm sticking to Low Carb, Moderate Fat, and Lower Calories.
